What is what we call WELCOME DAY?

When you arrive to Whistler, we will meet you at your hotel to welcome you ❄️

We will bring your ski equipment (our rental includes boots, helmet, skis/board and poles), your lift tickets, our special Welcome Pack, and we will tell you about your next few days at the resort 😊🏔️

In addition, we will give you some discount cards for the stores in case you want to do some last minute shopping!!!

This Welcome Day is very important as we will explain you the itinerary with the summary of your trip (which we will have sent you before), we will solve some questions you may have and we will advise you on everything you need. This is why we recommend that you arrive at your hotel around 7pm at the latest so that you can have everything ready for the next day ✅🏂🏾⛷️❄️

Please note that from Vancouver airport to Whistler it will take approximately 2.5 hours😉 The Welcome Day meeting will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on how many people there are in yout trip.
